Day 1 — check-in to a premium hotel individually arranged for each guest; A welcome dinner at a typical local restaurant with wine and traditional Spanish wines.

Day 2 — on the first day of your holiday, we suggest you relax after your exhausting flight and become truly aware that you are on holiday. So right after a hearty breakfast, we will invite you to the swimming pool to meet and get to know each other, where you will have a master class in making Spain’s most famous drink, Sangria, with a tasting, followed by a stroll around the neighbourhood, the beach, and the swimming pool. In the evening, you will go to a real meat feast. Spain has been famous for its meat traditions, and you can enjoy it to the full here. The dinner menu includes more than 10 types of meat, accompanied by Spanish wine and local delicacies.

Day 3 — we will set off to explore the island. We will pick you up from your accommodation in a comfortable transport and head through the picturesque villages to the high-altitude vineyards, where we will continue to sample the local wines and snacks at the highest vineyard in Spain. We will taste the Queen of Spain’s favourite wine and learn the secret of the longevity of the Canarians. Afterwards we will visit an old manor house from the early 18th century, which now houses a winery. The trip includes lunch in an authentic and very atmospheric place. As we continue our journey, we will stop at some very beautiful viewpoints and take many unforgettable pictures.

Day 4 — after breakfast, we will take you on a comfortable boat to explore the local marine fauna. We will see dolphins and, if we’re lucky, whales or turtles, and admire the island from the Atlantic Ocean. The trip includes lunch, drinks, and swimming. We suggest you spend the afternoon on the beach and bask in the sun.

Day 5 —in the early morning, we will head to the Teide National Park, where we will see Spain’s highest point, a lunar landscape, streams of solidified lava, and a sea of clouds. Afterwards, we will have a barbecue in the forest of Canary Island pine trees with breathtaking views, a delicious lunch, wine, and traditional snacks.

Day 6 — we will move to the north, where the second part of your holiday takes place. This part differs from the south with its lush greenery, black sand beaches, and ancient towns. One of them is Puerto de la Cruz, where we will make a stop. It’s an unusually cosy and atmospheric place, and we will go there to celebrate San Andrés, the day of the patron saint of winemaking in Spain. On this day, the barrels with young wine are opened, and we can enjoy the process to the full. We will take a walk around the northern part of the island, taste the local wine, have lunch at guachinche (a small tavern with a private winery), take part in a folklore festival, and in the evening, have giant cocktails and tapas (a variety of Spanish snacks).

Day 7 — the morning will begin with a walk through the historic part of the old town, after which we suggest you visit Lagos Martianes — pools fed with seawater directly from the Atlantic. In the evening, a farewell dinner with a magnificent view of the Orotava Valley and, of course, wine with the best Canarian food.

Day 8 — transfer to the airport.
